Originally from Long Island, New York, I changed my life a few years ago and moved to Ireland in 2011.
After working very hard to prove myself by using the nine years of business experience from NYC that I brought with me, in just a couple years, I was promoted to a high position at my company in Ireland, engaged (Dec 2012) and then married (Oct 2014) to a loving, supportive & caring man (me Irish Lad), and ultimately learned to embrace what makes me happy and what keeps me healthy.
Needless to say, my life has vastly improved recently and the changes I welcomed have resulted in many opportunities for me. I always say the hardest part about change is thinking about it. Doing is surprisingly EASY!!!
I’m not afraid of change anymore.
Growing up with wonderful and diversified cooks all around me and a family full of vibrant foodies, I developed a dynamic passion and respect for food and home cooking. After moving out on my own after high school, I dabbled in fitness and overall health courses and related jobs through which I gained a great understanding of and appreciation for nutrition and the monumental importance of healthy eating.
Since grasping hold of my personal freedom in life, I’ve developed an intense eagerness to channel my overflowing passion for food, cooking & a healthy lifestyle and share what I have learned with others.
Food just makes people happy & its my mission to show you how making good choices with fresh ingredients paired with building the time to cook into your schedule really will incredibly improve your health and overall well-being!
And, hey – you never know what other positive changes self improvement can bring to your life…..
